After creating the sync assembly i’ve listed out each section of the documentary so that i can get an overview understanding of the footage that i have to match to each story.
The story
The stories that i have kept are:
Child hood story - growing up as bubbly child with family looking up to dad etc.
Robbery story - When he got robbed and his life changed
Bullying Story - The result of being robbed made him scared which then led to bullying
Pro debut fight night - How he felt when he changed to a pro fighter, and what happened during his fight and how did he feel once he'd won.
End: Resolution and atonement for bullying and how grateful he is that he found boxing
Everything else i removed from the script and also the story.
After creating the sync assembly - due to the footage that i filmed and how long the interview was, the story had greatly changed from what i had originally had in mind. So due to this, so that i could get back on track and re-work out the narrative and the direction that i needed to head for, plus shot coverage i needed to provide for specific scenes, i re-scripted out the the portrait documentary with the interview footage that i had taken and cut into the sync assembly, so that this provided me with somewhat of a more clearer direction as what i need to do in the edit, but also what extra shots i need to get and how long the scenes are roughly going to be.
Creating this script also helped me to create a shot list of the shots that i need to get in order to complete this portrait, which i have included below the new version of the script

Whilst preparing for the Meeting shoot i've created a shot list/instruction plan for me to follow, so that on the days of filming i know exactly what it is that i have to cover, and also how to cover in terms of lens, camera angle/set up i'm going to use and also what needs to happen on selected scenes/parts of the screenplay, so that i can work efficiently on the day saving me time to do further takes.
Here is the shot list/instruction plan i created for the 4th screenplay draft of the meeting:
Hopefully on the day of filming this will give me clear instructions of what it is that i need to be doing.
I have altered my script and from it have my 4th draft.
The reason i've done this is because i had some problems with my original set location, so i had to choose another one, which conveniently worked out better.
Because i now know where im filming, i've edited another draft to my script taking into account the environment of my set location, trying to be as descriptive but subtle as possible, so that if a DOP is to view my script, they would understand my vision on certain scenes.

Conclusion
What i've learnt from this experience is that even tho its good to have a location in mind that you'd like to use, don't structure your script using that specific location because things might not go according to how you want them to, the place you choose you might not be able to use.. And that happened to be the case with my original set location i chose, the shop owners were indecisive and taking long to get back to me which i couldn't gamble on waiting for an answer from them.
In the future if i'm writing a screenplay, unless confirmed before hand about my set location, il try and take a 'universal' set location approach at describing the location, and then after i confirm my set location draft another version of my script to the new confirmed set locations

The main thing that i made sure of when writing my script was that the pacing was correct, considering that its a 10 paged screenplay, i wanted to make sure that i allocated a certain amount of time to each act, giving it enough content so that the audience is able to make sense of what is happening and why it is happening.
Also because i'm looking to show the first opening 2 minutes of my screenplay as my Project submission, technically speaking, i'm showing my audience the first act, which would act as a cliff hanger making them want to view more.

- My first draft was just a rough copy for me to get it down so that my script is complete, and also a template for me to work off of, or refer to.
- My second draft I proof read the script making sure it had the correct format and spelling.
- My third draft (below) I went over my story again, adding in or removing detail and characters, making sure that the pacing was ok, and everything was clear and precise.
Although i've finished my script, when i present it to my actors i might get feedback from them, if they feel that they want to change any of the dialogue around to make it suit them.
The Pitch
Depressed, Lonely, an
outcast. A good day is when his not bullied, those days happen rarely. Tripped
over, spat on, slapped, will things ever change?
Synopsis
Phillip, a 15yr old school boy gets bullied
on a regular basis. Because of the bullying nobody wants to be around him,
they’re scared that they’ll get caught up in the crossfire. The main person who
bullies Phillip is a 17yr old boy from his school called Shaun. Shaun and his
gang make it their mission to bully Phillip every time they see him, which
mainly takes place outside a local shop called the Kent Mart. By chance,
Phillip was momentarily saved from the bullying by a random civilian and his
vicious dog; who advised Phillip that he needs to stand up for himself. Up on
taking this persons advice Phillip takes up an online self-defense tutorial
online in order to gain confidence and protect himself. On completion of this, Phillip, faced with confrontation against Shaun once again, stands up for
himself defeating Shaun.
The altercation is recorded and ends up
online resulting in it going viral, loads of people watch the footage of
Phillip defeating Shaun and Phillip becomes an Internet sensation going from a
lonely kid with no friends at all, to the popular boy whom everybody wants to
meet.
