Following up from Andy's suggestion on which broadcast package to use, i further researched the use of the package to see if there would be any discrepancy in using it for our project, in regards to licensing policies.

Satisfied with the terms of use, i then purchased the package. The cost of the package is being divided equally amongst my group, so we're all contributing £7 each.

This package is an After effects broadcast package, which can be customised to our liking, which is what we're going to do with the package, to make it unique to our news channels branding.
