We decided to have a video conference using google hangout as it's free, we can record it, plus more than one person can talk at a time, screen share, work on documents simultaneously.
The aim of our video conference call was to go over our ideas to see if we were all on the same page, to sort of pick each other brains and see if we could come up with more ideas amongst ourselves.
As this was our first conference call we've had, i reckon it went well, we discussed a few ideas and made sure that we were on the same page.
When we have our next video conference however, we will be more organised as in we will set agendas to talk over, sort of like bullet points which we need to cover, and the conference will be more structured, as in we will go through each point and only talk about it in its allocated time/opportunity, that way it will make it a lot easier to watch back the video and get a clear understanding on what we've got to do.
But for our first video conference it went well, and all of us are happy and know what we've got to do.
