Having presented my ideas at the ideas lab on wednesday 5th of march, i received good feedback especially about the martial arts story, however, i decided to go with the Canterbury Cathedral story as nobody else in the class was willing to cover it, where they had their own ideas they wanted to pursue, but also, where the Cathedral wants a story/documentary done for their channel, that would be convenient for us as we'll practically have everything on the table that we would require to carry out the task, so that would give us more time to focus on the creative content for the documentary; and not necessarily worry about finding someone willing to have a documentary done about them, accepting, then dropping out last minute!
Having confirmed this with Helen, she said that she would copy me in on an email to the heads of the conservation team, and let them know that we'd be interested in doing a documentary on the Cathedral and the work to conserve it.
