After the interview research that i'd done earlier during the week, i managed to create some draft questions, then re-go over them to finalise what it is that i wanted to ask the apprentice's and steve.
When i created these questions, i kept in mind all that i'd learnt from the research i'd done. So i prepared warm up questions to get the the interviewees comfortable and ready for the questions that would require more detail from them.
Here are the questions below that i created for the apprentices and also the apprentice master Steve Manual.
